Slot drawer: editable rows taller than read-only rows on desktop

Seen in the slot drawer (Automation > Slots) while checking task 8023 at 1440px. 1. Title and Description rows are ~26px tall vs ~21px for every read-only row, because the ✎ IconButton sets the line height. Let the ✎ overhang (negative block margin) so editable rows match read-only rows. Out of scope: the phone layout (fixed in task 8023); slot lifecycle; the Slots table cells. Done means: at 1440px Title/Description rows measure the same height as Name/Path in the drawer; WorktreePool web tests pass.

Slot drawer ✎ now overhangs its line on desktop (my:-1): at 1440px, Title/Description/Name/Path all measure 20px (Title/Description were 26px). Quick gate green, WorktreePool tests 122/122. PR #6287 merged as 389c365; its Jaah Deploy was superseded. Visual check done. Follow-up draft #8065.
