Trust requests card: drop "Slack" from its Slack value

Found while fixing Task 8013 (the Awaiting approval card now reads "Slack · Posted", "HubSpot · Failed: …"). 1. Customers › Trust requests (`apps/web/src/pages/customers/TrustRequestsSection.tsx` `slackOutcome`) still says "Posted to Slack" / "Slack failed: …" / "Slack pending" under a Slack label; match the approval card's "Posted" / "Failed: …" / "Pending". 2. That `slackOutcome` duplicates the one in `apps/web/src/pages/orgs/OrgApproval.tsx`; share one helper. Out of scope: approval logic, the Awaiting approval card. Trust request Slack value now reads Posted / Failed: … / Pending via shared slackOutcome+Outcome from OrgApproval. Quick gate + 358 vitest green; 375/1440 visual check clean. PR #6282 queued to merge lane. Filed draft 8057 (card layout polish).
