Nodes/Sessions UI follow-ups seen while verifying Task 8006

Noticed on the local stack while checking Task 8006's /nodes counts, Node Overview Slots and Audit › Sessions: 1. Audit › Sessions › Attempts with no session: a grouped row shows only its NEWEST attempt's runner detail (e.g. an older "exit 137" is hidden). Show each distinct detail, or the newest one per cause, on the row's detail line. 2. Node Overview at 1280px: when a note rides the Slots count ("No task slot · Add slots"), the note wraps below the digit inside the 4-column grid. Keep it on the digit's line (e.g. give Slots a wide cell when a note is present). Check against Task 7985's item 2 first, which widens the Runners/Slots cells. 3. Audit › Sessions › Attempts with no session: a row that collapses several tasks (+N) gives no way to open the other tasks except their #ids in a hover title, and the hover is unreachable on touch. Make "+N" expand to list the other tasks as links. Out of scope: liveness, ingest and transcript-upload logic; billing rules. All 3 fixed: grouped attempt rows list each distinct runner reason; Slots takes a double cell when a note rides it (+phone wide fix); "+N" expands other tasks as links. Quick gate + suites green, visual check done at 1280/390. PR #6278 queued. Follow-up draft #8046.
