Task views: UI follow-ups seen while testing Task 7990

Task 8002 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Itemized suggestions noticed on the local stack while verifying Task 7990: 1. At 390px the task page header crowds the org-scope chip ("All orgs") and the state chip beside the breadcrumb, wrapping the crumb onto three lines. Move the org-scope chip out of the task header on phone (or truncate the crumb to one line with the title as its own row). 2. While picking rows on the board above the phone, the Help orb (now lifted just above the bulk dock) covers the last visible row's pick checkbox and `⋯`; the orb fades only during a scroll. Consider hiding the orb while the bulk dock is up (as it hides for a docked console), since Help stays in the Sidebar. 3. A single-round gate with no recorded question text reads only "No question text was recorded for this gate." with no next step. Offer the Activity › Q&A link or the runner console there, as the multi-round card does. Out of scope: dock layout, board section placement, question-round semantics. Done means: - Each item shipped or declined with a one-line reason in the PR, with web tests where behaviour changed. - Screenshots at 1280px and 390px of each touched surface. Required checks: ./dc check full

Outcome

Shipped all 3: phone task header leaves org chip to the shell strip; Help orb hides while bulk dock is up; empty gate card links to Activity › Q&A (console button declined: card is reader-only). Quick gate + 583 web tests green, visual check done at 1280/390. PR #6257 queued. Draft follow-up #8015.
