Task views: follow-ups seen while testing Task 7933
Itemized suggestions noticed on the local stack while verifying Task 7933:
1. A full-page load of /tasks/<id> (not in the split pane) still shows the shell's bare spinner until the page chunk loads. Give `<main>` the same `TaskPageSkeleton` the pane now uses.
2. Renaming an epic by hand leaves its stage children on the OLD derived title (only the LLM refine path re-stamps them). The board row reads the new epic title, but the child's own page crumb shows the old one. Re-stamp derived child titles on every epic rename.
3. The single-round (legacy) question card header reads only "task #N", while the multi-round card reads "task #N · <role>". Use the same header on both.
4. While the bulk dock is up, the Help orb sits over the dock's right border. Consider docking the orb inside the bar, or lifting it just above the bar.
Out of scope: board section placement, dock layout, question-round semantics.
Done means:
- Each item shipped or declined with a one-line reason in the PR, with web tests where behaviour changed.
- Screenshots at 1280px and 390px of each touched surface.
Required checks: ./dc check full
Outcome
All 4 shipped in PR #6250 (queued in merge lane): full-page task skeleton, epic hand-rename re-stamps child titles, unified gate heading, Help orb lifted above bulk dock. Quick gate + changed-area tests green; visual check at 1280/390 done. Follow-up draft #8002 filed.
