Project Slots tab and wizard: small UX fixes seen while testing Task 7934
Noticed while rendering the project wizard, the project's Slots tab and the Start dialog (desktop and 390px) for Task 7934.
1. Slots tab: the empty "Port block" field has no outline and looks like a button. Render it as an outlined field like "Pool max" beside it.
2. Slots tab at 390px: the tab strip wraps onto two rows (General…Environment / Memory…Advanced). Use the "More ▾" overflow that desktop already uses.
3. New-project wizard with no account: the note says "Starts a Guided onboarding task on the first free engine (Any)" right above "No agent is set up yet, so no task can run." While no account exists, say the onboarding task waits for an account instead.
4. Start dialog: "Push as" options show bare emails (e.g. e2e-orgadmin-b@cockpit.local) when the member has no name. Show the name when set and the email as secondary text, matching the assignee picker.
5. Task editor, acting as an org: the footer hint "You aren't a member of Org B: Go asks whose git account to push with." is right-aligned and crowds Close/Save/Go. Put it on its own line above the buttons, left-aligned.
Out of scope: who may start tasks (authz); placement policy; the Task 7934 items themselves.
Done means:
- Each item shipped or declined with a reason; web tests for the changed states.
- Desktop and 390px screenshots of the touched surfaces.
Required checks: ./dc check full
Outcome
Shipped all 5 UX fixes (Port block outlined, one tab row + More at 390px, wizard waits-for-account note, Push as name+email rows, acting caption on its own line). Quick gate + 1915 web tests green; desktop/390 checks done. PR #6259 queued (stacked on #6243). Follow-up draft #8012.
