Customers and Products UI polish found while testing billing views
Found while visually checking Task 7936 (Customers, Products › Plans) at 1440px and 375px.
1. Awaiting approval card: "Signed up 10/19/2026, 3:35:36 PM · 24s ago" is long; show the relative time with a short date, as other lists do.
2. Awaiting approval card: drop empty "Job title —" rows on the card, matching the Customers phone card that now drops empty facts.
3. Products › Plans on a phone: "Add plan" renders as a large block button above the list; give it the compact + verb Customers uses beside its tabs.
4. Customers at 1440px: the five filter selects take a full row; Attention and Hostings could fold into one "More filters" menu so Search keeps its width.
5. Customer page at 390px: the sub-tab strip scrolls with a › chevron, but the selected tab can sit under the chevron; scroll the selected tab fully into view on load.
Out of scope: prices, plan terms, billing logic.
Done means:
- Each item shipped or declined with a reason, with 1440px and 375px screenshots.
Required checks: ./dc check full
Outcome
Shipped items 1–4 in PR #6248, which is queued to the merge lane: a short "Signed up" stamp, empty role rows dropped from the card, a compact + for Add plan, and a More filters menu. Item 5 declined because it already holds; reproduced at 375 and 390px. Quick gate and changed-area tests pass. Visual check done at 1440px and 375px, and it looks right. Follow-up filed as draft Task 8001.
