Tasks board and task page: one consistent, truthful view of a task

Goal: the board, the task page and the task form tell one consistent, accurate story about a task: state, kind, timing and title. They look the same in split pane, full page and phone, and never drop the author's place. The items below are examples seen in testing. Fix the class of problem, and decline any item that is no longer present. Consolidates drafts 7884, 7894 (items 3, 4), 7898, 7905, 7892 (item 1), 7909 (item 2). State and kind 1. An `awaiting_response` task ("Asking") is listed under STOPPED. It belongs with tasks waiting on a person. 2. A plain coder task's header reads "task #2 · Epic". The kind label must match the row's depth and persona. 3. Epic page: the header pill says "Asking" (rolled up) while Details › State says "Running". Make them agree, e.g. "Running · 1 stage asking". 4. Timeline "Runner started · duration" keeps counting after the runner ends (a 2 s crash showed 6m 51s). Stop the clock at the terminating event. 5. After "Start fresh elsewhere", Activity should name the node the task left. Layout and loading 6. The split-view task pane shows a bare spinner while loading. Give it the same header-and-tabs skeleton the full page has (Task 7786). 7. Long titles (up to 1000 chars since Task 7877): the board row, the slot/tmux label and epic child titles (`[<persona>] <epic title>`) must clip readably. The breadcrumb must use the width it has (it truncates at 1366px with room to spare). 8. Desktop bulk dock: it slides over rows during scroll and ends about 70px short of the list's right edge. Give the list its own scroll region above the dock, spanning its width. 9. Phone inline create row: "Unattended ▶ ⤢" sits below the input line. Align them. Forms 10. /tasks/new Save returns to the list instead of opening the saved draft. 11. The task form's Attach still shows "⬆ Attach". Use the paperclip the answer form uses. 12. A question card's option that needs typed input (e.g. the branch for "Change integration branch") should focus or prompt the comment box. Out of scope: delete semantics; wait-reason wording; question-round semantics; the title-storage rule. Done means: - Each item shipped or declined with a one-line reason in the PR, with web tests where behaviour changed. - Screenshots at 1280px and 390px of each touched surface, judged readable.
