Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).

Outcome

Merged PR #6204 (task 7853) at aecd867e after the quick gate passed on the merged tree (5861 tests, 42s). Nothing ejected. Queue is empty, develop not flagged red, no health breaches. Batch took 55s.
