Merge lane run: batch the queued PRs, run the full gate (if any) once on their merged tree, and merge the batch when it is green. Filed by the control plane (`app/merge_lane.py::ensure_lane`).

Outcome

Merged PR #6185 (task 7775) at 425a943c after the quick gate passed on the merged tree (5852 tests). Nothing ejected. Queue empty, develop not red, no health breaches. Batch took 53s, 42s of it the gate.
