Found while verifying Task 7453 on /profile?tab=notifications (1280px and 390px, a stack with no delivery channel configured). 1. The Methods section shows two stacked sentences with one meaning ("No method — nothing is delivered." and "No channel is set up yet."); keep one line that says which applies. 2. When no channel is addable, the Events caption "Not sent until a method is added." still promises an add that the person cannot make; say who can set a channel up (an operator, Settings) instead. Out of scope: Save behaviour, notification delivery, the Detail chips' muted look (Task 7453). Done means: - Screenshots at 1280px and 390px show each item addressed. - `./dc check full` green.
