develop: five unit tests red in the local

`./dc check full` on develop at 4ad735fde, plus Task 6745's SSO diff, which touches none of these files, fails on tests that CI does not run in its unit wave: - `tests/test_security_archive.py::test_every_recorded_kind_of_a_security_family_is_a_security_event`: `user_invited` (recorded by `app/scim.py:491`, Task 6744) is not in `SECURITY_EVENT_KINDS`. - `tests/test_persona_registry.py::test_the_writable_and_excluded_project_fields_partition_ProjectUpdate_exactly`: the new `ProjectUpdate.merge_lane_batch_max` (Task 6722) is unclassified. - `tests/test_console_places.py::test_task_and_activity_tab_tables_are_the_pages`: the task tab table and `app/console_places.TASK_TABS` disagree on `agent`. - `apps/jaahd/tests/test_vnodehelper_ops.py::test_a_vnode_cli_at_another_version_is_reinstalled_to_its_pin` and `::test_a_vnode_with_every_cli_installs_nothing`: an extra `npm install … pi-acp` call. Out of scope: any feature change; classify or fix only. Done means: - Each named test passes on develop. - `./dc check full` reports no failure in api-unit or jaahd-unit.

Fixed the 5 named tests plus a post-rebase signup test; merged PR #6134 and the dev deploy succeeded. Full gate: API unit green; jaahd-unit has 3 failures from the test image's old git (out of scope), filed as draft #7651.
