Console visual consistency: muted text, chip

Task 7550 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Goal: cross-cutting styling tokens render as intended everywhere, with a guard so the bug cannot return. Supersedes drafts 7490, 7480 (item 1) and 7496 (item 1). - MUI v9 silently drops `color="text.secondary"` on Typography, so about 95 files render secondary text as primary. Replace every dotted `color="text.*"` prop with `sx={{ color: 'text.secondary' }}` (or merge it into the existing sx), and add an eslint `no-restricted-syntax` guard. - One size for every status or mark chip in a list row (`MarkChip` vs the small red "Disabled" tag). - Large numbers in Settings rows and their "Default ·" / "Still saved:" text use thousands separators. Out of scope: palette values, any other restyling. Done means: - `grep -rn 'color="text\.' apps/web/src` returns nothing, and the lint rule fails on a reintroduced site. - Dark-theme screenshots of two touched pages show muted secondary text. - Vitest covers the number formatting. Required checks: ./dc check full

Outcome

Rebased PR #6102 onto develop: took develop's side in the 2 NodeLink conflicts and moved the new MountReason palette path to sx. Quick gate and guard/format tests green; re-queued at c3d532805 for the lane's full gate.
