Settings › Providers: readable, linkable, no repeated facts
Goal: Settings › Providers reads cleanly at 390px and 1440px, states each fact once, and can be linked to. Supersedes drafts 7528 and 7497.
- `/settings/providers` redirects to `/settings?area=providers§ion=providers` instead of "Page not found".
- A gap the Runtime line already explains is hidden or muted ("see Runtime"). On phone, name the reason inline rather than pointing several screens up.
- Group Views by view ("Agent activity: API key, Jaah account · TUI: Subscription") so a label never wraps away from its value.
- An OFF runtime switch shows its state word ("Terminal"), as ON shows "ACP host".
- A row whose every flag is off (e.g. Antigravity Sessions) collapses to one "none".
- Capability labels are consistent noun phrases.
- Gap prose uses em dashes, not " - ".
Out of scope: lane and switch semantics, the `acp-runtime` API, catalogue rows.
Done means:
- Component/e2e tests cover the redirect, the absence of a duplicated lane reason, and the OFF state word.
- Screenshots at 390px and 1440px.
Required checks: ./dc check full
Outcome
Settings › Providers: /settings/providers redirect, Views grouped by view, all-off rows read "none", noun-phrase labels, em-dash gap prose, no repeated lane reason on phone. Merged #6077 via the merge lane. One gate stage failed on a timing flake in an untouched suite (passed 3/3 alone); deploy was superseded by a newer push. Visual check done at 390px and 1440px. Follow-up draft: #7564.
