Gate health: develop's full gate green

Task 7544 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Goal: `./dc check full` is green on develop, and Playwright smoke stays green on a heavily loaded node. Supersedes drafts 7531 and 7512. 1. **Red on develop** (seen by Task 7464; the jaahd pair still fails on origin/develop e7b07f6a4 as of 2026-10-18). Fix the code or registries, not the guards: - `test_persona_registry::…partition_ProjectUpdate_exactly` (likely `merge_lane_batch_max`) - `test_cross_org_isolation::test_every_path_parameter_is_swept_or_named` (SCIM `token_id`) - `test_security_archive::…security_family…` (`user_invited`) - vitest `TaskEditForm.payload.test.tsx` snapshot - jaahd `test_vnodehelper_ops::test_a_vnode_cli_at_another_version_is_reinstalled_to_its_pin` and `::test_a_vnode_with_every_cli_installs_nothing` (likely the patched pi-acp pin) Re-check each first; drop any that has since gone green. 2. **Load-robust smoke:** at load average 25–65, a different spec flakes on each run (add-account-page-mobile, access-tabs, access-principal, add-node-dialog, org-indicator, nodes-roster-width, compliance). Give post-navigation waits `NETWORK_SETTLE_TIMEOUT_MS` through a shared `gotoAndWait` helper, or scale timeouts from `GATE_STAGE_WORKERS`, and record the decision in `playwright.config.ts`. compliance:350 should wait for the pane, not the `?cell=` URL. Out of scope: what any test asserts, CI budgets. Done means: - Every listed test passes on develop, and `./dc check full` is green. - Three consecutive full `npm run smoke` runs are green at load average ≥ 60 (synthetic load is fine), with each run's load recorded. Required checks: ./dc check full

Outcome

Develop's full gate green: fixed the listed and newly found reds without weakening any guard, and smoke timeouts now scale with host load. ./dc check full passed; 3 smoke runs green at mean load 66-74 (min 37). PR #6170 merged via lane, deploy succeeded. Drafts #7708, #7728, #7736.
