Analyze all "Runner session for task broke: **vanished**" for the last 7 days, identify top 5 reasons, suggest ways to mitigate, propose to user as Artifact and when approved - fix them
Outcome
Analysed 203 prod 'vanished' breaks (7d) and fixed the top causes (F1–F5): starved-node grace, lost-runner backoff, CPU launch gate, launch_failed cause, richer incidents. Quick gate green; PR #6076 merged (a0806724). Visual check done; draft 7569 filed.
