Re-run the ACP acceptance matrix on dev once

Task 7281 ran the epic-7191 acceptance matrix on dev. Most cells are red or blocked; see its report artifact. Re-run the unfinished cells once drafts 7464 (ACP runs die), 7458 (gmind Accounts NodeLink), 7459 (MicroVM dev node), 7460 (SDK v2 snapshot launch) and Task 7429 (registry dispatch) have merged and deployed. The dev fixtures from 7281 are left in place. Node ts2-node6 was moved into gmind, with the Accounts NodeLink and project mr-6382 attached. Accounts t7281-claude-key (claude api_key) and t7281-pi-key (pi api_key) are disabled, keyed with jaah/system/anthropic_api_key. (pi, api_key) was added to gmind's provider-auth override. SDK v2 agents "Echo (Python)" and "Echo (TypeScript)" are registered from jaah-ai/agent-sdk@develop. The probe task body: ask one question (alpha/beta), write acceptance/7281-<engine>.md, merged PR. Cells to re-run: - AC-1 static and MicroVM legs (events / question / done+merged PR): Claude API key, DeepSeek, Codex, Gemini CLI, Antigravity (typed legacy_only gap), Pi, one registry agent, SDK v2 Python and TS. - AC-3 Claude parity: OMC subagent visible in events; Bedrock-lane dispatch; no key in the engine's environ (session_start key_in_env); console resume; StopFailure self-heal. - AC-8 dev leg: session_start cli_versions equal the pins. - AC-10(b): `jaah-conformance --profile acp-core -- gemini --acp` at gemini 0.64.0 needs a Gemini credential (none is in credential_list; the operator chose "mark blocked"). Without one, 2/3 pass and "the run completes" fails with "Gemini API key is missing". - AC-13: no TUI or vendor transcript parser for ACP runs. - AC-14 dispatch: the registry agent reaches done, and org-b cannot see it. Out of scope: fixing defects (file them); deleting legacy paths (PRD §5). Done means: - An HTML evidence report has a cell per engine × node kind × leg, each green or naming a filed follow-up.

Closed as a duplicate: live Task 7469 explicitly supersedes 7465 and owns the same matrix re-run and evidence report on the same dev fixtures. Prerequisites 7464/7460/7429 were not merged yet. No dev changes made.
