Audit/automation lists: follow-up polish from the Task 7423
Seen while screenshotting the Audit-area lists at 390/1024/1440 (Task 7423):
1. Automations list beside an open automation at a 1024px window: the roster breaks — the Name column is gone and each row is ~260px tall (the two-line Target · Action text is all that is left). Reproduced on develop too. Gate the roster's columns on its own width (like Personas' `PERSONAS_NO_*`) so the name always stays.
2. Automation › Runs: consecutive "Missed" runs with no detail each get their own row (ten identical "Missed" rows in a row on Task pipeline). Fold them into one counted row the way consecutive skips already fold.
3. Compliance matrix (1280–1440): a pillar cell's gap link wraps to 3–4 lines ("Dependencies are pinned and audited") with its ▾ floating at the cell edge, which keeps rows tall. Clamp the gap name to two lines (full on hover) or move the chevron inline with the text.
4. Automations list beside an open automation (1440): the Target · Action column's two-line ellipsised descriptions are cramped (~120px). Give that column the space, or drop it beside an open pane.
5. Compliance matrix: the "Why it matters" row's text runs the whole table width at 1440 (~1150px a line). Cap it at a readable measure (~90ch).
Out of scope: compliance scoring, cron semantics, persona data.
Done means:
- Screenshots at 1024 and 1440 (and 390 where the surface has a phone layout) show each item done, or say why it was declined.
- Vitest covers the Missed-run folding.
Required checks: ./dc check full
Outcome
Rebased PR #6031 onto develop (kept 7423's gap clamp, restored 90ch cap); lane ran full gate and merged 011061a0; Jaah Deploy green. Roster keeps Name beside a pane, Missed runs fold (vitest). Visual check done at 1024/1440. Draft #7587 filed.
