Settings: knob-row polish seen while checking a refused
Seen while checking Task 7263 (Settings › Integrations › Telegram at 400px and 1280px).
1. A knob row's choice warning (`settings-row-note`, `Typography color="warning.main"` in `apps/web/src/pages/settings/KnobSection.tsx`) probably renders in the body text colour, not amber: the same `color="error.main"` prop on the new refusal line came out white (rgb 241,245,249) and only `sx={{ color: ... }}` applied the palette colour. Check it and fix it the same way.
2. On a phone-width card the "Clear" link of a picked credential takes a whole centred line of its own under the control. Put it on the control's line, the way `clearBeside` already does for an override.
3. A save that changes several knobs and fails with a refusal naming none of them still only shows the page-level alert. Say which rows were in the failed save (for example, mark them) so the operator knows what to look at.
Out of scope: the refusal-on-row work from Task 7263, the Telegram refusal copy (Task 7237).
Done means:
- Each item shipped, or rejected with a reason in the PR body.
- `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
All 3 shipped in PR #5960, queued to merge lane: choice note now amber via sx; Clear sits on the control's line below wide width; refused save marks its rows + lists them in the alert. Quick gate + 184 tests green; visual check done at 400/1280. Draft #7361 filed.
