Persona list: model column clipped when the detail

Seen while checking task 7268 on Audit › Personas (`/workflows/personas/coder`, desktop 1440px). - With a persona's detail panel open, the list's right-hand model column is cut off to fragments ("Hi", "Star", "L"). Show the full model label (or a compact badge such as `High`/`Std`) without clipping, or hide the column when the panel is open. - Description cells are truncated with an ellipsis and have no tooltip. Show the full charter line on hover or focus. Out of scope: persona data, charters, routes, and other Audit tabs. Done means: - At 1440px with the detail panel open, every visible row shows its model label in full or omits the column; a screenshot proves it. - Hovering or focusing a truncated description shows its full text; a vitest covers it.

Personas roster: a container query drops focus, then lead, beside an open persona so model/delivery stay whole; focus line gets a hover+keyboard tooltip (vitest). Visual check done at 1440/1280/1024: no clipping. Quick gate green; PR #5964 queued in lane. Draft follow-up #7369.
