Console polish: Sessions unknown-status row, gave-up
Found during Task 7244's visual check (local stack, 1440px and 390px).
1. Audit › Sessions at 1440px: a row whose status is `unknown` (marker "?") renders its slots ~5px left of every other row (TOKENS "?" / TIME / END / NODE drift off their headers); give the status marker a fixed width so every glyph keeps the slot columns aligned.
2. Audit › Sessions: a `gave_up` row with no recorded error hangs "Gave up after 0 attempts", which contradicts itself; say "Gave up" (or name why) when the attempt count is zero.
3. Audit › Slot intents at 1440px: a pending row's lead (`cto/6`) sits indented ~45px from the disc while `org-a-prob…` rows start at the rail; align the lead column consistently.
Out of scope: Sessions' filter-row banner gap and Tokens/Time widths (Task 7217); the sort seat, End width and engine line (Task 7244).
Done means:
- Each item fixed or explicitly rejected with a reason in the PR body.
- Visual check at 1440px and 390px with screenshots.
- `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
Fixed all 3: fixed-width feed marker (Sessions '?' row aligned), "Gave up" at 0 attempts, left-aligned slot-intent lead. Quick gate green; full gate left to merge lane (host load). PR #5993 queued in lane. Follow-up draft #7343.
