Security & settings UI: small fixes found

Task 7243 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Found while visually checking Task 7226 on the local stack at 1280px and 375px. 1. Profile › Security has no preferences, yet shows the page's disabled Save bar under Trusted devices. Hide the Save bar on tabs that hold no draft (Security, Git where applicable). 2. At 375px the tab strips (Settings › Organization, Customers › Org) show MUI scroll chevrons, though `components/Tabs.tsx` says chevrons appear only from `sm` up and the edge mask marks overflow below it. Make the code and its comment agree (hide chevrons below `sm`, or fix the comment). 3. Customers › Org › Security: a tenant reading the IP allowlist sees an operator's change as "Changed by Operator", while the operator's own view shows that operator's raw email when they have no name (e2e-smoke). Give operator accounts a display name prompt, or show a "Jaah support" label consistently. 4. Customers › Org › Security at 375px: the Sign-in, Two-factor and HIPAA blocks each carry their own disabled full-width Save; one form-level Save (or Save shown only while dirty) would take less space. Out of scope: the IP allowlist rules (app/ip_allowlist.py), the console relay. Done means: - Each item is visible on the live stack at desktop and 375px, with screenshots in the report.

Outcome

Fixed 4 security/settings UI items (Profile save bar hidden on Git/Security; Tabs cue comment; "Jaah support" label on both sides; Save only while dirty). Quick gate green; PR #5908 merged. Its deploy failed on an unrelated Windows import (fixed in c615142eb) and was superseded by a newer run. Follow-ups: draft #7264.
