Node Health tab on a phone: Verdict header

Task 7239 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Seen during Task 7225's visual check of the node detail Health tab (local stack, 390px phone, 2026-10-18). Suggestions: 1. The Verdict card's header ⓘ (the silent/not-observing bound) sits at the card's right edge, far from the "Verdict" title it qualifies. Place it right after the title, as the clock labels do. 2. An "Updates" card reading only "No updates recorded" takes a full card on a phone. Collapse it to one line or omit it when there are no update passes. Out of scope: what counts as a verdict; the verdict rows; the tab strip. Done means: - A 448px screenshot shows the header ⓘ beside "Verdict" and no full card spent on an empty Updates list. - `./dc check quick` is green; the lane merges the PR.

Outcome

Verdict ⓘ now sits beside its title (new SectionCard `tip` slot); empty Updates collapses to one "None recorded" row. Visual check at 448/1280 OK. Quick gate green; PR #5901 merged (9338ebef2); its deploy was superseded. Draft #7247 filed for empty Metrics/Disk cards.
