Settings 760–900px: knob rows and card headers
Found while verifying Task 7208 on the live slot stack (Settings › Tasks, one unsaved edit).
1. At 760–900px with the sidebar expanded the knob rows stack label/control/default vertically, leaving the ~400px column mostly empty; let the row grid take two columns (label + control) at this width.
2. At 880px the default column wraps "Default · 3 attempts" onto two lines in most rows; give the default column enough width or shorten it to the value alone.
3. At 760–795px the search row still wraps on the first unsaved edit (Discard/Save drop to a second line and push the cards down); auto-collapse the sidebar up to the 900px compact breakpoint, or keep the band one line.
Out of scope: search/save logic, any API change.
Done means:
- Screenshots at 760, 800 and 880px with one unsaved edit show two-column knob rows, unwrapped defaults, and a one-line band.
- `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
Settings at 760–900px: the rail folds up to 900px so the band stays one line, knob rows go two-column on mid-width cards, and defaults no longer wrap. Visual check done at 760/800/880/1024. Quick gate passed. No lane, so full gate not run. PR #5911 merged; deploy superseded. Follow-up draft #7289.
