Node Health tab on a phone: verdict

Seen during Task 7200's visual check of the node detail Health tab (local stack, 390px phone, 2026-10-18). Suggestions: 1. At 390px each verdict's ⓘ sits at the card's right edge, away from its wrapped sentence (e.g. "Heartbeating on provably older code." with the ⓘ to its right, on a line of its own). Keep it on the sentence's last line, the fix Task 7169 describes. 2. At 390px the gap between the stale-release and config-drift rows is about twice the gap between the other verdict rows. Make every verdict row the same height. Out of scope: what counts as a verdict; the clocks card layout; the tab strip. Done means: - A 390px screenshot shows each ⓘ on its sentence's last line and even gaps between verdict rows. - `./dc check quick` is green; the lane merges the PR.

Phone verdict rows now have even 6px seams (quiet `live` row no longer touches the next pill); ⓘ already on the last line since Task 7169, verified at 390px. Quick gate green; #5885 merged (ef893c27), Jaah Deploy succeeded. Follow-up draft #7239.
