Project side pane: repository rows and General

Noticed while verifying Task 7207 (local stack, /projects/1 opened beside the Directory list). 1. At a 1024px window the side pane's Repositories table is ~320px wide, so a 32-character `owner/name` still takes 3 lines beside the Primary mark. Consider putting the Primary mark under the name, or widening the pane, when the table is under ~400px. 2. In the pane the General tab's Name field stops at ~350px while Default agent spans the full width; give the two the same width so the column edge lines up. 3. When a long name wraps, the Primary mark sits at the cell's far edge with a gap after the shorter first line; keep it right after the name's first line. Out of scope: the phone layout (Task 7197) and the name's break rules (Task 7166). Done means: - At 1024px and 1366px windows with the project open beside the list, each item above is checked visually and screenshotted.

Side pane: under a 400px table the Primary mark goes under the name; a wrapped name's mark follows its first line; Name matches Default agent width. Visual check at 1024/1366 done. Quick gate + 311 tests green; PR #5895 merged. Draft follow-up #7257.
