Node detail Health tab: pane-width verdict
Seen during Task 7169's visual check of the node detail page (local stack, 2026-10-18; 1440px pane beside the roster, 390px phone).
Suggestions:
1. 1440px pane beside the roster: the two-up Verdict card wraps each verdict sentence onto 3–4 lines of ~16 characters while the Reporting clocks card beside it is mostly empty space. Give the verdict card the wider share, or stack the pair when the pane is this narrow, so each verdict reads as one or two lines.
2. 390px phone: the node tab strip shows "NodeLinks ›" cut at the edge, and nothing says more tabs (MicroVM, Runners, Diagnostics) follow. Make the overflow obvious, for example a fade or a count, so a phone reader can find the remaining tabs.
Out of scope: what counts as a verdict or finding; the clocks card's container-query layout (Task 7136); the Metrics charts.
Done means:
- Screenshots at the 1440px pane and the 390px phone show both fixes.
- `./dc check quick` is green; the lane merges the PR.
Outcome
Node tab strip now shows every tab on a phone (two rows, More when narrower); pane-width verdict already stacks on develop (7136), proven by screenshot. Quick gate green, visual check done, PR #5870 merged (0f9ceb9); deploy superseded. Drafted Task 7225.
