Machines › Brains roster polish found while testing
Found while testing Task 7181 in the UI (1024px, an account editor open beside Machines › Brains). Each item is a short requirement; skip any already true on develop.
1. Brains rows open their editor only through ⋯ → Edit. Make the row's name a link to `/accounts/<id>`, as People, Projects and Secrets rows are.
2. Beside an open account the narrow roster's rows run three lines when an account carries the "no credentials" chip (name, provider, chip). Hang the chip's meaning as the phone does, or fold it into the provider line, so rows keep two lines.
3. The Machines strip beside an open editor shows only the active tab behind a "<" scroll chevron. Put the tabs that do not fit behind More, as the Directory strip does (`components/Tabs`'s `overflowMenu`).
Out of scope: `lib/listDetail.ts` split arithmetic; the API.
Done means:
- Each item ships with a vitest or e2e test, or is declined in the PR with a reason.
- Before/after screenshots at 1024px (editor open).
- `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
Brains rows link to /accounts/<id>; beside an open account the no-credentials chip folds onto the provider line (two-line rows); the Machines strip uses More. PR #5877 merged (791de89), Jaah Deploy succeeded. Before/after screenshots at 1024px in the report.
