UI polish noticed while testing Task 7127

Noticed on a local stack at 1366px, 390px and 360px while verifying Task 7127. 1. Project page, Repositories table at ≤390px: the repo name (`ruzhukov/cto`) breaks mid-word over 3 lines (5 at 360px) because the cell uses `overflowWrap: anywhere` beside a fixed Forge/Branch column. Break only at `/` (or drop the Forge column on phone) so the name reads as one or two whole segments. 2. Project page at 360px: the nine wrapped tabs still take three 44px rows even with the tighter phone padding (Task 7127). Consider the overflow "More" menu below ~380px, or shorter labels, so the strip stays at two rows. 3. Project page at 390px: the Repositories Forge column shows only "—" for an unrecognised forge and costs ~70px; hide it on phone when no row has a known forge. Out of scope: the not-found page, nav highlighting and the Add repository button (fixed in Task 7127). Done means: - Each item fixed or explicitly rejected with a reason, checked visually at desktop and ≤480px width.

Project page phone polish merged (#5845): tabs cap at 2 rows + More on phone; repo names break only at / or -; Forge column hidden ≤480px (covers item 3). Visual check 360–1366 good; quick gate green. Deploy superseded. Follow-up draft #7197.
