Task board: bulk bar and pick polish

Seen while testing Task 7116 on the live stack (1024px board, Activity feed). 1. The floating "N selected / Delete N" bulk bar overlays a feed row (it covered row 37's title at 1024px); reserve its height at the list's end, or dock it, so no row is hidden under it. 2. Done rows are offered the bulk pick, but the bar's only verb is Delete; either offer Archive for done rows or don't tick rows whose only bulk verb is refused. 3. At a 1024px split, editable picker crumbs (project/feature) clip without an ellipsis when a name is long (full name on hover); give the name its own ellipsis while keeping the ▾ caret visible. Out of scope: task states, the bulk verbs' server rules. Done means: - Each item shipped with a test, or declined with a stated reason. - Screenshots at 1024 and 448 of the board with a pick in progress.

Shipped in PR #5834, merged as ecffb598: the bulk dock no longer covers a picked or focused row, and picker crumbs ellipsise the name and keep the ▾. Each has an e2e test. Done-row Archive: declined, already shipped by Task 7086. Quick gate green, lane full gate green. Deploy was superseded by later merges. Follow-up draft filed: #7179.
