Node detail Health tab: fix clipped

Task 7136 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Seen during Task 7125's visual check of the node detail Health tab (local stack, 2026-10-18, desktop 1440px and phone 390px). Suggestions: 1. The Reporting clocks card is clipped on the right in the desktop side panel (1440px): ages read "1n" for "1m" and "ne" for "never". Lay the age column out so it always fits, wrapping under the label if needed, as the phone layout already does. 2. A node link by name (`/nodes/dev-node`) shows "Nodes › Unknown" and "Node not found". Resolve a node name the same way as its uuid, or redirect to it. 3. `?tab=health` (and `?tab=diagnostics`) on a node link falls back to Overview. Make the Health tab deep-linkable so an alert or a teammate can link to it. 4. The Verdict card says "1 issue" without naming it, while the finding sits in a separate Findings card above. List each issue's label (e.g. "/tmp inodes high") in the Verdict so it reads on its own. Out of scope: changing what counts as a finding or verdict; the Metrics charts. Done means: - At 1440px and 390px, the clocks card shows every age in full, `/nodes/<name>?tab=health` opens that node's Health tab, and the Verdict names each issue. Screenshots of both widths are in the report. - `./dc check quick` is green; the lane merges the PR.

Outcome

Health tab: clocks/panel use container queries (no clipping beside roster), /nodes/<name> redirects to uuid keeping ?tab=, Verdict names each issue. Quick gate, vitest 170/170, e2e 8/8 green; visual check at 1440/390 good. PR #5827 merged (c6bfc83); deploy superseded. Draft follow-up #7169.
