Audit Workflows and Efficiency polish found during Task

Suggestions noticed while screenshotting the Audit screens for Task 7110: 1. Audit › Workflows › Runs at ≤480px: the workflow-name column is gated off, so a run of identical sentences ("Finished, returning nothing.") cannot be told apart. Show the workflow label on the row, for example as a muted prefix or a hung line. 2. Audit › Workflows › Runs at desktop: the workflow label column truncates ("Task notification deli…") while the run-id column takes the width. Give the label its natural width, or truncate the run id first. 3. Audit › Workflows › Schedule at ≤480px: a Skipped row's sentence is cut mid-word ("a previous firing …"). Let the sentence wrap to a second line, or hang the clause below the title. 4. Audit › Sessions › Efficiency: when analytics is not configured, "Where the time goes" still takes a full card with a period picker that does nothing. Collapse it to one line and hide the picker. 5. Efficiency › Project memory at ≤480px: the stacked comparison keeps the table header's dark band and a vertical rule between the arm headers. Restyle the header row to match the stacked rows. Out of scope: the data the APIs return; Task 7110's own fixes. Done means: - Each item shipped with a test, or declined with a reason. - Visual check of every changed surface at desktop and ≤480px. - `./dc check full` green.

Shipped all 5 Audit polish items with tests in PR #5822, merged at 951eac3; lane full gate green. Efficiency keeps its period picker because the API can't say when another period helps (follow-up #7167). Visual check done at desktop and 390px. Deploy run superseded by a later merge.
