Telegram settings & Notifications: follow-up polish
Seen while rendering Settings › Integrations › Telegram and Profile › Notifications at 1440px and 375px (Task 7104).
1. Telegram webhook panel: re-saving the SAME bot re-registers the webhook server-side but the panel keeps its earlier reading until reload; refresh the panel's state after any save of the Bot knob.
2. Settings knob rows: "Default · unset" on credential knobs (Bot, Service account, reCAPTCHA credential) takes a third of the row and says nothing actionable; drop it for knobs whose default is blank.
3. Profile › Notifications at 375px: the sticky Save bar covers the last event row ("Assigned to you") until the page scrolls past it; pad the list's end by the bar's height.
4. Profile tabs at 375px: "Security" hides behind a scroll arrow; consider the shorter labels or wrapping used elsewhere so every tab is visible.
Out of scope: delivery behaviour, plan gating, the events vocabulary.
Done means:
- Each item shipped or rejected with a reason in the PR body.
- Both surfaces rendered at 1440px and 375px, screenshots in the report.
- `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
Shipped 3 of 4 items in PR #5823, merged by the lane after a green full gate. Webhook panel now re-reads after any Bot save, the same bot included. Dropped "Default · unset". Profile tabs wrap on phones. Rejected the Save-bar item: doesn't reproduce. Filed follow-ups as draft #7164. Visual check done at 1440 and 375.
