Plans, Customers and Subscription: truthful lists, consistent

Goal: Products › Plans, Customers › Plan/History and Billing › Subscription state each plan's real terms at a glance, use one control and one message pattern, and never strand a subscriber. Goals, not literal steps; skip what is already true after the five-plan catalogue (Task 6739). Consolidates drafts 7024 (items 1–3), 6990, 6989. Plans list: 1. Per-agent plans show their agent range ("3–9 agents", "10+ agents") instead of "Unlimited"; each row shows what it includes, what it becomes, and its duration (e.g. "Includes Business · Then Free · 14 days"), so a contradicting blurb is easy to spot. 2. One toggle pattern (SettingCheckbox) on the page and the Add plan dialog; Retire is neutral, only Delete reads destructive; the Edit dialog header shows the live subscriber count. Customers / Subscription copy: 3. History summaries drop the redundant "org" before the org name; the Started edit dialog is titled "Start date"; "Connect Stripe" is one sentence and one link everywhere; Change plan is titled "Change plan" from the first frame. Behaviour: 4. A yearly subscriber whose plan's yearly price was cleared can switch to the plan's monthly Price self-serve (tell a plan's own archived Price from an operator's org Price), previewed and charged like today's interval switch; an operator's own price still refuses. Out of scope: plan rows, prices, billing behaviour beyond item 4, the marketing site, the sticky Save bar (console shell task). Done means: - At 1440px and 375px, Team reads "3–9 agents", Business "10+ agents", Business trial "Includes Business · Then Free · 14 days", nothing truncated. - A billing unit test: yearly subscriber, yearly price cleared, `/interval/preview` + `/interval` to month succeeds and bills monthly; an operator price still refuses. - Each other item fixed or declined with a reason; screenshots of changed surfaces. - `./dc check full` green.

Plans list shows agent ranges and Includes/Then/duration terms; Retire is neutral; one Connect Stripe sentence; history drops "org"; Start date and Change plan titles fixed; a yearly subscriber whose yearly price was cleared can switch to monthly (tested). Toggles were already unified. PR #5772 merged 525f90b after the lane's full gate. Its deploy was superseded by a newer push. Follow-up draft #7097.
