Task page Details: drawer-width layout polish
Seen on /tasks/:id Details in the board's side drawer (1440px desktop, dev stack) while verifying Task 6794:
1. Created/Updated timestamps wrap "PM" onto a second line in the drawer; keep each timestamp on one line (shorter format or nowrap).
2. The Runner field (wide) still wraps into three lines in the drawer ("Not running" / "last ran on" / node · slot / Sessions); let it span the full grid row or lay its parts out so it reads as one line.
3. The State dropdown sits alone in its own card above the field grid; make it the grid's State cell so state reads beside Persona/Priority.
4. The rating strip drops to its own short line under the tabs in the drawer; align it so the tab row does not look cramped.
Out of scope: the Tasks board list, task states and transitions, API changes.
Done means: each item visible on /tasks/:id in the drawer at 1440px on a dev stack, with a screenshot per item; `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
Task Details in the split pane: grid sized by its own width, one-line stamps, full-row Runner, State in the grid, rating on its own right-aligned line. PR #5683 merged; checked visually. Full gate red only on 5 e2e specs that also fail on develop (board search overlap filed as #6872).
