Settings deep link: section scroll shifts

Task 6782 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Found while visually checking Task 6732 at 1440px. 1. Opening `/settings?area=infrastructure&section=nodelink-storage` scrolls the section card into view by moving the whole app shell: the sidebar and page slide up and leave a blank band below. The scroll should move only the settings content pane; the shell should not shift (`Settings.tsx`'s `?section=` effect uses `scrollIntoView({ block: 'start' })`, which also scrolls an overflow-hidden ancestor). 2. In the same view, the location card's "AWS account" fact shows "—" when the account was never read. It should say why, or offer a re-read, so the operator is not left with an unexplained blank. Out of scope: NodeLink storage contents, provisioning, policy. Done means: - A `?section=` deep link at 1440px leaves the sidebar and header in place and the named card visible (screenshot cited). - The empty AWS-account state is explained or actionable.

Outcome

Settings ?section= deep link now scrolls only the content pane (shell stays put, verified at 1440px); unread AWS account explains itself and links to the credential. Quick gate + 385 tests green; PR #5706 merged; deploy superseded. Follow-up draft 6908.
