Compliance: matrix/repo-page polish found while checking Task

Task 6755 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Found while checking Task 6693 on a live stack (desktop 1280, phone 390). Suggestions: 1. A multi-repo project whose project-level run fails before any per-repo run exists (e.g. "could not dispatch") shows only the Scan error badge on its repo page — no phrase or detail. Show the project run's error there too when no repo section carries one. 2. A row's Rescan button is disabled while it says "Rescanning…", so keyboard focus drops to the page body and screen readers hear nothing. Keep focus (aria-disabled) or announce the change in a polite live region. 3. The summary strip's Distribution value ("Below L1: 1 · L1: 2 · L2: 3 …") wraps mid-list at 1280 and pushes its tile taller than its neighbours; at 390 it wraps after a separator dot. Lay it out as chips or one level per line. 4. On the phone card, the scan line runs the stack label straight into "Result from <date>" with only a space ("Go Result from…"). Separate them with a dot or put the date on its own line. Out of scope: scan time bound, Stop scan's behaviour, rule content, packs, the Architectural Guard, docs pages. Done means: each item shipped with a vitest test; the matrix and repo page rendered and checked at 1280 and 390; `./dc check full` green.

Outcome

Shipped all 4 compliance polish items with vitest tests; PR #5651 merged (2e5df979d) after the merge lane's full gate. Visual check at 1280/390 looked right. Its Jaah Deploy was cancelled, superseded by a later deploy. Follow-ups: draft #6780.
