Automations list: operator roster readability follow-ups
Seen on /automations at 1024px and 1440px on a local stack while doing Task 6708 (operator view, ~45 system rows).
1. Most frequent system rows read a bare "now" in Last with no outcome glyph: their `acted` retention keeps no row of a noop firing, so the outcome is unknown. Show a neutral "○" (nothing to do) when the row's retention mode explains the missing record, so the column never mixes glyphed and glyphless cells for the same healthy state.
2. For a row firing every 15s–1m, "now" in Last says nothing; consider showing the newest *acted* run's age (what last did work) with the latest firing on hover.
3. The ⚙ marker is 10px `text.disabled` and repeats on every row of an all-system roster; when every visible row is a system row, drop the marker (the roster already says it) or offer a System filter instead.
4. The Target · Action column for system rows now shows each function's description, ellipsised at the 170px floor; let it take the free width when every value in the column is a description (most of the 1440px row is empty Name space).
Out of scope: the phone layout, the row menu, the API's run ledger and retention behaviour.
Done means:
- Each item above is either shipped or recorded as declined with a reason.
- `./dc check full` green.
Outcome
Shipped ○ for unkept firings (acted/none retention), no ⚙ on all-system rosters, descriptions take free width; declined acted-age in Last (filed draft 6781). PR #5656 merged via lane; visual check at 1024/1440 good. Deploy superseded.
