Automations list: blank Target · Action on system

Task 6683 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Seen on /automations at 1024px and 1440px on a local stack while checking Task 6663's column headers. 1. On an operator's roster, which is mostly system rows, the Target · Action column under its new header is empty for every row except the ⚙ marker. Put something in that column for a system row (for example its action word, even when it matches the name), or hide the column when no visible row has a value. 2. The last-run cell shows "! now" for a failed run, and "!" does not explain itself next to "✓" and "never". Use a mark that clearly reads as failure (the error glyph and colour the status disc uses), so a failure is told apart from an unknown outcome at a glance. Out of scope: the phone layout, the row menu, the filters, API behaviour. Done means: - At 1440px, an operator's Automations list has no column that is blank all the way down under its header. - A failed last run reads as a failure without hovering it. - `./dc check full` green.

Outcome

Target · Action column never blank (system rows show their action word); missed run now a red ✕, skipped a neutral ○. Full gate green, visual check at 1440/1024 clean, PR #5616 merged. Follow-ups: draft Task 6708.
