Support filters: unset "Any" and box height

Found while visually checking Task 6622 on /support?tab=org. 1. An unset Status (and All-tab Priority/Linked task) shows "Any" at full text contrast, while the Requester lookup shows "Any" as a dimmed placeholder; render the unset select value in the same placeholder tone so both read as "nothing picked". 2. At 390px the Requester box is taller than the Status box on the same row; give both filters the same height. Out of scope: the ticket list, the sort menu, the Tickets and Requests tabs, and any API change. Done means: - On /support?tab=org at 1280px and 390px with no filter set, both boxes show the same "Any" tone and the same height (screenshot). - The Support page's tests pass. - ./dc check full is green.

Support filters: unset Status/Priority/Linked show dimmed "Any" under a raised label like Requester; Requester 44px beside Status at 390px. Visual check done (both widths match). Full gate green; PR #5592 merged, deploy succeeded. Shared-height follow-up: draft #6665.
