Use context architecture skill to scrub all old documentation, including instructions, specs, trackers, ADRs - delete everything superseeded and stale, remove references to historical decisions, delete duplicates, single home everything and make sure all documentation is accessible from CLAUDE.md router in a few steps

Outcome

Docs scrub: deleted unread TRACKER-CONVENTION.md, removed task-number/bug-narration provenance, routed compliance keywords. Audit found rest current (ADRs verified vs code). Full gate green; PR #5548 merged. Deploy watch not done (docs-only). mem-2 used.
