NodeLink, Brains and Secrets UI polish from the epic

UI friction seen on dev 1.2.636 during finish 6419 and in the coder reports of epic 6399. Each item is a 1–2 sentence requirement. 1. Secrets list with the detail panel open: credential names truncate to 2–3 characters ("zz-t…", "Git H…"). Give the name column priority, or wrap, so names stay readable. 2. Add credential › Owned by: the helper "Empty: you" repeats the "You" placeholder. Drop it. 3. Owner picker: a member whose display name repeats their email shows it twice ("Org B orgb-admin@…"). Show the email once. 4. Share subscriptions dialog: Create is disabled with no hint while storage fields are empty. Say what is missing beside the button. 5. After a share, show the response's `skipped` nodes with their reasons as a notice on the NodeLink page. 6. Brains at 360 px: "Share subscriptions between nodes" and "Add account" stack on two full rows. Fit them on one row, for example with a shorter label or an overflow menu. 7. Brains at 360 px: account names truncate to a few characters. Show the full name. 8. NodeLink Storage › Create new: returning from Add credential resets the draft (name, region, subnet, CIDR). Keep it. Out of scope: any API or authz change, and NodeLink provisioning semantics. Done means: each item is fixed, with a 360 px and a 1280 px screenshot on app.dev.jaah.ai after Jaah Deploy succeeds; `./dc check full` green; PR merged to develop.

All 8 UI polish items shipped via #5542 (52184d4) and #5544 (d8d7744). Full gate green, deploys succeeded, and I checked 360/1280 on dev 1.2.661. Items 5 and 8 are verified by unit tests only (no NodeLink on dev). Deferred: Brains chips clip at 360; the Share dialog draft is still lost.
