Connect Multiple GitHub Repositories to Project

1. Users shouldn't have to enter the repository's URL because their GitHub is already connected, so there should be a drop-down lookup menu with the selected repos. Be aware that repos maybe under different companies 2. If the user has, say, two repos – one for the backend and another for the UI – they should be able to connect both of them to a project 3. Not immediately clear how a project could exist without a repository, add an info icon with a tooltip to the left of the repo check box, explaining both modes in detail.
