Improve Automations list

This is unusable. Fix it 

Automations list reworked per the interview: Flat/Tree folders by name prefix (Tree, folders open, on first visit), When/last-run/next-run columns, server compact schedule (`schedule_short`) + `last_run_outcome`, Run now in ⋯. Full gate green; PR #5376 merged, Jaah Deploy succeeded. Deferred: system rows repeat their title as the action line; "now"/"due now" adjacency; Tree ⋯ "Name:" info item (task_create refused: coder holds no licence).
