Identify an opportunity to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - Front end component or group of them duplicates another component functionality. Retired jaahd's never-armed singleton scheduler tier (node election, JAAHD_TIMERS, tier field; −367/+100). Recon found no larger safe cut (0.02% clones, no dead modules). Full gate green, PR #5317 merged, Jaah Deploy success.
