Live Cast and console UX suggestions from the Live

Itemized UI suggestions that the Live Cast children (6090, 6091, 6094) and Finish (6095) noted while testing. Per the project instructions they go into one task. The coders could not file them: task creation was refused for the coder persona. Fix each item or reject it with a one-line reason. Live Cast viewer (live.html, src/live/*): 1. Header gutter: the mark and project switcher sit at 12–16 px, while content sits at 32 px on desktop. Align them to the content inset. 2. A viewer row's "⋯" menu holds only "Expand subtasks", which the row's "+" already does. Hide a menu whose only entry duplicates an on-row control. 3. Details shows "Runner: Not running", which means nothing to a visitor. Hide it in viewer mode. 4. The Done section starts folded, so a visitor sees no finished work. Open it by default on the viewer. Live Cast admin tab (ProjectLiveCastTab.tsx): 5. When rules exist but the support LLM is unset, nothing can be evaluated: items stay pending and hidden, and "Evaluated x/y" stalls with no hint. That is the case on dev today (Settings › Integrations › Support agent › Provider unset). Show one short line, e.g. "Evaluation unavailable", when the API reports that evaluation cannot run. Console (seen on the way): 6. `/settings` calls `/api/nodevault` on load and on each category switch, and the operator gets 403, which logs console errors. Skip the call for a principal that cannot read it. 7. Settings › Integrations › Support agent: the "Provider" field's help says "The API key…". Make the help text match the field. 8. The "Session transcripts" system automation fails every run with "no cron activity registered as 'session-transcripts'". Register the activity or retire the automation. 9. Phone: the floating "Set up your company" card covers the last lines of project tabs. Pad the page while the card shows. 10. Desktop: attachment chips truncate short names (`release-notes-draf…`) with free width to spare. Let a chip grow to fit its name. 11. Phone: a task's attachments, and their Live Cast controls, are reachable only under the collapsed Advanced section. Show them directly when there are any. 12. Jaah Deploy's apply job reports success while the ECS rollout is still IN_PROGRESS, with negative phase timings, and dev serves the old bundle for minutes. Report success only once the service is stable. 13. Dev tooling: after `vite.config.ts` or `devCsp.ts` changes, the dev frontend container's auto-restart keeps the stale import until `docker restart`. Out of scope: no change to Live Cast visibility, evaluation semantics, the public API contract or terraform beyond what item 5 needs (a read-only flag on `GET /api/projects/{id}/live-cast`). No restyling beyond each item. Done means: - Each item is fixed with a web test or a screenshot at 1440 px and 412 px, or is rejected with a one-line reason in the report. - `./dc check full` is green. Jaah Deploy of the merged PR succeeds.

12/13 UX items fixed, item 9 rejected (not reproduced). #5315 merged, plus #5318/#5320 for item 12's phase report; full gate green on each. Open: Jaah Deploy is red on build=false redeploys (ECS rollback, logs unreachable); build=true deploys green.
