Identify an opportunity to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - Front end component or group of them duplicates another component functionality. Re-surveyed the repo for large code cuts and found none that is safe today, the same result as Task 6099. No PR. The fleet-gated deferrals (~500–650 lines) and a note on this task's hourly cadence are in the report.
