there is no node h3 anywhere. also node names do not matter. only node ids do ![image.png](attachment:img-dEBh35qzO-.png)

Outcome

Node and host names are now labels, not unique (operator chose to drop uniqueness), so the stuck "h3" order no longer blocks the name. Full gate green, PR #5299 merged. Dev deploy is failing on a corrupt runner ref; per the operator, recorded in the report and not fixed here. UI follow-ups are in the report.
