Polish new tabbed panes and wizards (UI

UI suggestions found by the finish phase of epic 5825 (Split long pages into prioritized subtabs) while walking app.dev.jaah.ai 1.1.9204 at 1440x900 and 390x844 (operator instruction: itemized 1-2 sentence requirements, not a full spec). 1. New project wizard (/projects/new) at 390px: the "Your org Operator" chip floats between the breadcrumb and the "New project" title and crowds both; move it onto its own line (or into the Name step) so the header reads cleanly. (apps/web/src/pages/ProjectEditPage.tsx / project create wizard header) 2. Automation detail, webhook automation, Setup tab: the first block repeats the heading "Setup" right under the selected "Setup" tab; rename that block (e.g. "Endpoint") or drop the duplicate heading. (apps/web/src/pages/automations/AutomationSections.tsx) 3. Automation run pane (/automations/:id/runs/:runId): no title heading — "Run <date>" lives only in the breadcrumb, unlike the audit event pane; give it the same H1 + status-chip header the other panes use. (apps/web/src/pages/automations/AutomationRunPage.tsx) 4. Client billing list (/clients) with the detail pane open: the Plan cell "Individual" wraps to "Indi / vidu / al"; give the Plan column a min width or nowrap so plan names never shred. 5. Workflow runs list (/audit/workflows) with a run pane open: the status column truncates every status to "Finis…"/"insta…"; show a status chip/icon only or widen that column so the status is readable. (apps/web/src/pages/workflows/WorkflowRunsTab.tsx) 6. Node detail at 390px: seven tabs scroll horizontally behind an arrow; when opened via ?tab= for a later tab (e.g. diagnostics, runners) scroll the selected tab into view. Out of scope: the tab sets and tab order decided by epic 5825; backend/API; any page not named above; copy beyond the labels named; Settings. Done means: - Each item above is fixed, or explicitly declined with a one-line reason in the PR body. - ./dc check quick green; PR merged to develop; Jaah Deploy green. - Verified on app.dev.jaah.ai after deploy at 390px and 1440px, one screenshot per item cited in the report.

All 6 UI polish items fixed (#5117, #5121 merged; Jaah Deploy green); quick gate green; verified on dev 1.1.9223 at 390/1440. Follow-up task filing refused (R30) — 5 suggestions listed as deferred in report.
