Identify an opportunity to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - Front end component or group of them duplicates another component functionality. Repo is already heavily de-duplicated, so no safe massive cut exists. Merged #5074 (−60 net): 5 loaders onto useAsyncResource, one shared price check, dedup'd AccountEditPage block, dead triage flag removed. Deploy green; big cuts deferred in report.
